We all experience issues, frustrations and challenges and most of the time they eventually 'work themselves out'. However, sometimes the same issues and problems seem to keep recurring or we are faced with something that we just don't seem to be able to overcome, no matter how hard we try.
We can be left feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, confused, hopeless or 'stuck'. The solution can usually be found by going deep within ourselves and taking the time to think and reflect. But with our often busy lives, confusing messages and big demands placed on us, time to think and reflect doesn't come easily!
When you feel like this, talking to someone who is professionally trained to support you can make a real difference.
Through a carefully architected coaching conversation, I give you the space to talk and be really listened to; providing a unique environment that enables reflection and connection to what you truly think and feel. Through gaining insight and clarity, and understanding yourself better, this gives you confidence, reassurance and courage to make positive transformative shifts in thinking and perspective. I aim to ensure my clients can take away a self-coaching mindset that will help them outside of our coaching sessions and long beyond. My coaching experience draws from a wide range of schools of thought, enabling me to practice my own unique, intuitive way of working with my clients. Continuous professional development shows my commitment to learning and applying new coaching approaches, tools and techniques to support my clients for their individual needs.
(I'm currently studying for an accreditation in Neurodiversity in coaching, continuing my work with women with ADHD and their unique needs. Ask me about this niche practice if you think you are struggling because of your neurodiversity.)
I trained and qualified as a Transformative Life Coach through Animas Centre for Coaching on an ICF (International Coaching Federation), EMCC and Association for Coaching Accredited course.
It's important that our coaching relationship fosters one of openness, trust and honesty. Through our call I will aim to answer any questions you might have and you can decide if I am the right coach for you. Coaching is also best experienced (rather than explained) so on this call I will ask you a little of what has brought you to me and, if I think I can help you, you'll get a taster of how I work.
