I ask that all new clients commit to a coaching package of 4 sessions. This ensures that we build a strong relationship and we get to know how best to work together to get the best results. I recommend sessions are taken weekly or fortnightly so good progress can be made and momentum for change and growth is sustained.
This option is available to existing clients who have completed at least one 4-session coaching package with me.
